Today we spoke with our agency (so crazy since CPS is all we have ever worked with). We found out we are moving forward and hope to get our referral for Esther by the end of December. All these International adoption terms are so foreign to us(no pun intended). Thankful for people that are already walking this journey and so graciously willing to meet with us and help walk us through it!
We are committed now and already in love with our new daughter so prayers begin for her and the people that are working with her. We are so blessed by those that offered to hold fundraisers for us so quickly to help with the expense of what seems like the impossible.
Of course our case is not "normal" which is not shocking to us by any means but the money that most people have a year or more to come up with we have to have in 5 weeks, but we know NOTHING is impossible to God - he has been in every detail of this process so far and I doubt he will back out now!
Praying tonight for strength and peace for our all of us as we embark on this journey of 1818 miles!
