No Eraser!

We sent in our dossier and we were told we receive a “gold star” for putting it together so quickly! Who doesn’t love getting a “gold star”? For us, a gold star is just something that proves we are doing everything in our power to get Esther home as quickly as possible.  The quicker she is in her room upstairs in our home the better we will sleep.  That is why all 7lbs of that dossier in the mail was worth every second it took to get it on it’s way to Haiti.   We would do that times one hundred for any of our children.

Everywhere we turn we are put in the path of someone that is playing a part in bringing Esther home.  Today my mom was getting her haircut and I was able to meet a couple that bid on an item in our auction and were redeeming their gift certificate at the same salon.  I found out their story as they are preparing to travel to Uganda and have a heart for orphans and they were such a blessing to me today.  So glad I got to meet them and thank them for participating in our auction. Yesterday we were blessed with $1,350 from a friend and her extended family that donated at their family Christmas to help bring Esther home! On the same day we received a $500 donation from a young couple in Arkansas that are such a sweet blessing.  We also heard that we received a $1000 grant from Lifesong for Orphans(through Embrace) and the list just goes on and on. We are still in need of $5000 and some travels miles  and love the anticipation of of waiting to see who God has chosen to place in our story!

We are so blessed and continually humbled by the generosity of others. Ready to see what’s to come and praying for a miracle in the timing of when we get to meet our baby girl! We know that God's timing is perfect, He has this plan all laid out and will reveal it to us as we need it. He is not erasing any part of the story just adding on to it daily!
